All costs are broken down between travel, accommodation, activities and Inconnection’s management fees so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Our pricing is bespoke. Our fees are typically between 15%-30% of the overall spend, dependant on the scale, complexity and extent of the services involved. Management fees cover everything we do beforehand, in the background and on the day to make things run smoothly such as:
Liaison and communication with clients and delegates
Organisation and booking of all travel and accommodation
Organising itineraries and handling any changes to them
Event hosting & on site staff
On site photography if required
Post event feedback and reporting
